EU – Renewed Commitment By The European Commission To Act On Animal Welfare.

The European Commission (EC) has for the second time mentioned animal welfare in the letter of intent under ‘Quality of Life’, following the State Of The Union speech delivered on September 10th by President Ursula von der Layen.
