88% of the British Public SUPPORT the animal tourism ban. The public are not dragging their heels, but the UK Government ARE. Action Required to get Environment Secretary Steve Reed (NOT ANY MORE – ALL CHANGE !) to wake up and lay a Dreft Statutory Instrument – or SI. Until then, the law has no effect.
