Germany again! Place names: Düdenbüttel / Stade in Lower Saxony
This time no cattle are tortured, but a pig is buried alive.
Passers-by discover live pigs among a pile of dead animals.

People like to accuse us of informing the authorities too late and practicing vigilante justice.

Therefore: 5 minutes after receipt of the video of the courageous passers-by, SOKO Animal Welfare Association calls the Stade police, 10 minutes later the written criminal complaint was issued.

Police Stade just doesn’t do anything!

It was a terrible sight.
Dead pigs pile up in the blazing sun in front of the door of a pig fattening facility.
Birds peck the eyes out of the animals. Some of the carcasses are heavily decayed, one animal is apparently alive, the movements of the animal between the dead conspecifics can be clearly seen.
The second case of this kind in Lower Saxony is in a few days.

This is a particularly disgusting violation of the Animal Welfare Act. What could be worse than being buried alive?
We immediately filed a criminal complaint against the fattener with thousands of animals for violating §17 TschG.
The Stade police announced that they would send a police car immediately (!!)

Unfortunately, when asked by the police, SOKO Animal Welfare had to find out that no police officers had gone out to help the poor pig, no pig was rescued and the evidence must have been destroyed in the meantime at the carcass disposal.

Update: In the meantime the police have corrected their original statement from this morning and announced that a police car was on site.

However, one could not have met the owner of the facility, nor could a living animal have been found in the numerous dead pigs.
In addition, the police could not find our ad either (!!)

The fattening facility has a history: The monster barn with over 5000 pigs was even illegally built.
Animals have been illegally kept there for years since 2013, and operated illegally..

In the slaughterhouse in Düdenbüttel near Stade, illegally ill and injured cattle were systematically slaughtered and the meat traded across the EU.
The company’s animal transporters dragged the animals brutally and with full consciousness into the vehicles using a winch.

This failure of the authorities shows once again why the direct intervention of animal rights activists is necessary, because the police cannot be relied on for animal welfare.

The sad thing: if the animal rights activists had acted directly, they would now be on the run from the police.

They are not even ashamed to pretend that they allegedly did not find the criminal complaint ?????
A shame!

The German Animal Welfare Act is not even worth the paper it is on.

This is a banana republic here. Of course, they couldn’t find the living animal, it was finally dead or an employee quickly brought it around the corner.

Germany … Why are we actually paying taxes for a civil servant apparatus that no longer works?
Why do we pay the corrupt official veterinarians when they are usually on the payroll of the animal exploiters who monitor them or, more precisely, to whom they sign that everything is great?

Horses Reportedly Kept for Illegal Slaughter and Stored With Decomposing Animals Deserve Justice – Animal Petitions

Target: Chandler, Arizona City Prosecutor Elizabeth Herbert

Goal: Ensure man charged with cruelty to horses faces maximum punishment.

Three horses were reportedly neglected and starved until they became so malnourished that they needed immediate medical attention. Police reportedly found the unfortunate animals on a ranch belonging to Taha Hussain, after receiving a tip from a concerned neighbor. Hussain has since been arrested on six total counts of alleged animal cruelty offenses. After obtaining a proper search warrant, the police reportedly went back to seize the horses and examine the rest of the property. During this investigation, they claimed to have additionally found multiple animal remains and tools for slaughtering, leading them to believe that Hussain had been slaughtering animals for profit without a license.

The horses, all aged 17-20, are currently under the care of the Arizona Department of Agriculture, where they are being treated for their injuries and nursed back to health. They were apparently forced to live in dangerous and unsanitary conditions near other animal remains, creating multiple small wounds across their bodies and a breeding ground for possible infection. Hussain was taken by officers to the Maricopa County Jail for alleged animal cruelty crimes and slaughtering without a license.

The animals will be re-homed and allowed to live out the rest of their lives in peace. The same cannot be said for the other animals allegedly slaughtered, who’s improper disposal appears to be nothing short of cruel. Sign the petition below to demand that, if found guilty, Hussain will face the maximum penalty for the animal cruelty charges.

Dear Prosecutor Herbert,

As prosecuting attorney in Chandler, you are in a unique position to help with an important case. Officers in your district recently arrested Taha Hussain on six counts of alleged animal cruelty, reportedly finding his property covered in animal remains and tools for slaughtering, for which Hussain reportedly does not possess an official license. They also seized three apparently neglected horses, transporting them to an animal hospital for immediate care.

While it is too late for any slaughtered animals to be saved, the three remaining deserve justice for what they apparently went through. They were reportedly found in unsafe conditions, covered in surface injuries, and emaciated from hunger. Please do everything in your power to ensure that Hussain receives the maximum penalty if found guilty and is banned from further animal ownership in the future.

At least 84% of the UK population are in favour of fox hunting being illegal and yet there were attempts to weaken the act. The Act needs strengthening to ensure people are discouraged from participating in illegal hunting and for those caught hunting, the penalty and arrest needs to be more severe.

 We would like to see section 6 of the Act to be amended to add provision for a prison sentence of up to six months for illegal hunting. Additionally there should be a ‘reckless’ clause which will make it an offence for anyone to ’cause or permit’ one or more dogs to seek out, chase, injure or kill a wild mammal. The widespread flouting of the ban continues to this day and these measures along with several other reforms could ensure our wildlife is protected as it should be.

I am pleased to say that all the motorists did not seem to have a problem waiting for the ducks to cross – this would not have happened everywhere in the world.

But then, they were using the ‘zebra crossing’; the official crossing point for pedestrians to use when wanting to cross the road.

Seems like they have all got the road sense they need.

Hof Butenland: Sunday with Eberhard and Pippilotta

Well, Eberhard doesn’t look bad.
Actually, he wanted to spend Sunday on a beach towel, but Pippilotta was quicker.

And here on Butenland, it’s not only the principle of “get up, take a seat” that applies, but also “whoever comes first doesn’t get to to be served first, but may lie down as long as she or he likes”.

Fortunately, unlike on Mallorca, the reservation of beach towels has not yet taken hold here.

The only thing that helps now is the natural charm of our heartbreaker of the old boar school.
Since Pippilotta plays in the lower leagues in terms of butt volume, there is actually still room for several calibres in the order of magnitude of Ebi’s extended back.
I’m sure we’ll get a flower for that later, after all, Eberhard is the head of the department in our garden centre.

It is also speculation that we would not have this or that achievement without animal testing.

➡The animals that have suffered and died in past experiments cannot be brought back to life, but we can learn from past mistakes. However, animal research takes the stand that everything that was good yesterday is good today and tomorrow.

Animal research is a relic that lingers on bygone times instead of making room for modern science.

In the case of consumers, animal experiments are supposed to create a feeling of security, a guarantee of efficacy and trust that in reality does not exist.

And hence the false belief in society that research without animal testing is unscientific

In addition, we must not forget: experimenters, universities, pharmaceutical and chemical industries, contract laboratories, test animal dealers, companies that manufacture cages and other accessories – a wide network of a powerful industry benefits from animal experiments.

The animal testing machinery is one of the most powerful in the world.
It is like a gigantic “perpetuum mobile” that uses intimidation tactics to create the conditions under which it can exist.
Once started it is very difficult to stop

Hunt Sabotage: “it’s a class war”!

Since 2013 the Conservative Government and the National Farmers Union have spearheaded a policy that has led to the barbaric deaths of 140,830 badgers, an almost unimaginable figure.

In 2020 alone more than 40,000 badgers were killed in 54 cull zones from Cornwall to Cumbria and from Lincolnshire to Cheshire.

Almost the entire South West – Cornwall, Devon, Dorset and Wiltshire is now a giant cull zone as the dairy industry looks to scapegoat and wipe out one of our best loved mammals.
Although there have been media stories suggesting the cull is coming to an end there are 7 new zones starting killing in 2021 bringing the total to 61.

Despite these awful figures the picture on the ground is more positive.

In the eleven new zones in 2020, five failed to hit the original minimum kill figure and in the other thirty three zones that were in years two, three or four, eleven of them failed to hit their minimum target.
his means that of the forty four zones still in the first four years of culling, sixteen failed to hit minimum targets.

As usual the Government and NFU (National Farmers ‘Union) moved the goalposts halfway through culling and quietly reduced the targets for zones, when it became clear that the original minimum target couldn’t be hit, in a desperate attempt to turn failure into success.

Trap

Once the four years intensive killing is completed then zones become supplementaries and have an extended kill period of 6 months in order to keep a low badger population.
There are currently 21 supplementary zones, a figure which will increase every year as more zones finish their four year intensive culls.

This year, as they have every year since 2013, local sab groups will mobilise to fight the cull.
They’ll use military grade night vision and thermal imaging equipment, funded by the HSA (Hunt Saboteurs Association), to find and stop shooters and they’ll walk thousands of miles looking for and neutralising traps.

The HSA will again be providing thousands of pounds to support them with fuel and equipment.

Hunt Saboteurs

Hunt saboteurs and other anti-cull activists are making the badger killers fight for every life they take.
If it wasn’t for the stiff resistance they’re meeting on the ground, the number of deaths would be far higher and localised extinction would have taken place in large parts of the West Country.

We’ll keep fighting until this cruel cull is gone for good.

And I mean…The publicity surrounding the culls has led to an influx of new members and supporters for the HSA, many of whom have become active saboteurs who go into the fields to intervene directly between the hunters and their prey.
The life of the Hunt Saboteurs Association looks more and more positive.
In contrast to the hunter’s job, which is becoming more and more difficult.

Without the Sabs the animal killers would have had it much easier

They themselves say: “We have more Sabs, more groups, better vehicles and equipment, more supporters and more money. This means that we can save more wild animals and be a louder voice for those who cannot speak for themselves”.

We wish that with all our hearts.

The larger the group, the greater the support in case of danger.
Because the police do nothing if the hunters are aggressive or attack saboteurs, but arrest people without justification whenever the hunters want it.

Shitstorm against the German “Torera” Kreutter

Clara Sofie Kreutter rode through the arena on a horse, killed two bulls, posed with the animals’ ears cut off – and was “overjoyed” to have fulfilled her dream.


On the other hand, a shit storm is raging against the German “torera”. Many on our Facebook accounts are also outraged by the gruesome spectacle that is still a tradition in Spain.

“A lifelong dream of killing a bull ??? Sounds perverse, this custom should be abolished,” comments a woman and also hits a nerve with many readers.

The tenor is very clear: the bullfight, which usually only has one loser, has to stop.

The reactions are sometimes even more violent, including on Twitter.
Some users even wish Kreutter a fate similar to that of the slain bull.

“Where can I bet on it? @Tipico_de? Fuffi on the bull! I hope that Ms. Kreutter will be taken properly by the horns. May her dream cause her a lot of pain”. – August 16, 2021

The tenor is very clear: the bullfight, which usually only has one loser, has to stop.

In Ledana, Spain, there were 1,100 spectators in the arena who cheered when Clara Sofie Kreutter (31) gave the bull the fatal blow. Or at least tried to.
On the first try, she does not succeed in a perfect lance push!

Because when the German wanted to inflict the fatal blow on the first 700-kilogram bull with her lance, she hit him too far back and too diagonally instead of vertically.
The animal dragged itself bleeding through the arena until it finally died in agony.

The German “torera” hit the second bull “right” in the neck. As a trophy for the second fatal blow, Clara Sofie Kreutter received the ears of the slain bull, with which she laughed and posed for photos.

Then she was carried out of the arena by spectators with two other toreras on the shoulders.

And what does she herself say about this massacre, which is considered a “sport” in Spain?

“I wasn’t nervous, but excited. But I’m glad that everything went so well. “
Worked well? She doesn’t say a word about the torture of the bull, saying to the cheering of the audience: “I would never have dared to dream that, I was absolutely overjoyed.”

PETA Germany had the facts carefully examined and now reported the woman to the public prosecutor.

Criticism does not only come from organizations. Numerous Instagram users visited the 31-year-old’s profile and tackled the torera hard. In the meantime, Kreutter has switched her profile to private.
Now the German is hoping for a career as a professional bullfighter.

And I mean…Clara Sofie Kreutter has just had her premiere as a bullfighter. Bullfighter – that means, she murders animals.

Well … that just proves that if you come from one of the most civilized countries in Europe, you don’t automatically acquire the education, empathy and mind that will save you from choosing a job with animal suffering and animal murder.
It is therefore a shame, especially for a German, to professionally serve primitive traditions from the Middle Ages with enthusiasm although that person had every opportunity to learn a decent job.

Therefore it can be concluded that the ambitious German torera chose a job because it offers her pleasure in the suffering of another.
And whoever finds the highest perversion and joy in the suffering of others must be subject to the strictest punishment and social ostracism.
